OKKO Hotel - Paris Gare de l'Est

If you love pink chic then this hotel is just what you need when you visit Paris! The moment I stepped in, I loved the atmosphere and wanted to start taking photos immediately.

To be honest, I am a budget traveller, but at the same time I don’t compromise on classy, clean, good quality. So without knowing it, when we arrived the porter explained to us that breakfast is included in your room rate as well as what the French call: Aperitif. A light dinner with a glass of wine, what?! This Aperitif consist of beautiful salads, fruits, cheeses, cold meats and a beautiful selection from their bakery. Now that’s what I call value.

Not only is the decor chic, the food good, but what is special about this hotel is it’s 2,600 m² public garden, owned by the City of Paris, on its roof. The fact that is situated right by the Gare Du Nord station, you literally walk to the hotel, and the gym is so beautiful, I almost took all the photos there.
